Help customers get the most out of Hommigo through chat and call support.
About the role
What you'll be doing
A 6-month internship on our customer support team, helping tenants, owners and brokers resolve issues quickly over chat, email and phone.
Responsibilities
What this role owns
- Respond to customer queries over chat, email and phone
- Log and track issues until resolution
- Escalate complex issues to the right internal team
- Help maintain our support FAQ and help articles
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Patient, empathetic approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree
Nice to have
Preferred Skills
- Prior customer support or call center experience
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Freshdesk or Zendesk
