Is Hommigo free for tenants?
Yes. Searching, comparing, booking visits, negotiating, finding roommates and signing your agreement are free for tenants. You only pay your actual token, deposit, rent or booking amount.
What can I do on Hommigo besides renting?
Hommigo covers five journeys: rent a home, take one on lease, buy a property, book a short stay, and find a PG or hostel. It also runs societies, PGs and an in-society furniture store.
How do I know a listing is genuine?
Owners and brokers go through KYC verification, and agreements are digital and structured, so both sides are protected.
Can I pay through the app?
Yes. Token, deposit, rent and booking payments go through a trusted payment partner, and you get a clear history of every payment you make.
Is the booking token refundable?
The token to reserve a rental or a property you are buying is refundable if the owner or seller declines or does not proceed, as explained in the app before you pay.
Do I need a computer to use Hommigo?
No. Hommigo is a mobile app built for phones. It works on most Android phones and on iPhone.
