Hommigo is built and operated by AAIBUZZ India Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains who owns what on the app and website, and how to reach us about an intellectual property concern.
01 What this policy covers
This policy explains how intellectual property works on Hommigo: what belongs to AAIBUZZ India Pvt. Ltd., what belongs to you when you use the app, and what to do if you believe something on Hommigo infringes your rights. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.
02 Our intellectual property
The Hommigo name, logo, app and website design, and the underlying software, are owned by AAIBUZZ India Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws in India and elsewhere.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Hommigo app, website or brand assets without our written permission.
- You may not use the Hommigo name, logo or branding to imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.
- Screenshots or references to Hommigo for personal, non-commercial or journalistic use (for example, reviews or how-to guides) are fine as long as they are accurate and do not misrepresent the app.
03 Your content
You keep ownership of the listings, photos, documents, reviews and messages you upload to Hommigo. By uploading them, you give us permission to display, store and process that content as needed to operate the platform and to show it to the other users you interact with (for example, showing your listing photos to interested tenants or buyers).
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and share whatever content you provide, including photos, floor plans, documents and any text you write.
04 Respecting other people's intellectual property
Do not upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, including photos, floor plans or documents you do not have the right to use.
05 Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Hommigo infringes your intellectual property rights, write to us with a description of the content, its location in the app (for example, a listing ID or a link), and a description of the rights you hold. We will look into genuine reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content or contacting the user who uploaded it.
06 Third-party marks and content
Hommigo may reference or link to third-party services such as Google Play, the App Store, payment partners or map providers. Their names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and our use of them does not imply endorsement by those companies.
07 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy here with a new "last updated" date.
