01 Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, browsing listings or otherwise using the Hommigo app or website ("Hommigo", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use Hommigo.

Hommigo is operated by AAIBUZZ India Pvt. Ltd. These terms apply to every user of the platform, including tenants, owners, brokers, society managers, hostel and PG managers, guards and service providers.

02 Your account

You need an account to use most of Hommigo's features. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date, and you are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Keep your login details and OTPs to yourself. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, let us know as soon as possible using the contact details at the end of this page.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Hommigo.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and should not be shared or transferred.
• We may ask you to verify your identity (KYC) before you can complete certain actions, such as signing an agreement or receiving a payout.

03 Listings, bookings and agreements

Owners, brokers, societies and hostel managers are responsible for the accuracy of the listings, prices, availability and documents they publish on Hommigo. We do not independently verify every detail of every listing, though we do run checks where we can and encourage users to verify important details themselves before committing to anything.

Hommigo helps you discover properties, message the other party, schedule visits, generate digital agreements and make payments through the app. For most transactions, Hommigo is not a party to the underlying rental, lease, sale or booking agreement; that agreement is between the user who lists the property or service and the user who books, rents, leases or buys it.

Digital agreements generated on Hommigo are meant to make documentation easier for both sides. They do not replace independent legal advice, and you are responsible for reading an agreement carefully before you sign it.

04 Payments

Payments made through Hommigo (such as tokens, deposits, rent or booking amounts) are processed through a third-party payment partner. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

Please check the amount, the recipient and the purpose of a payment carefully before you confirm it. If a payment fails or is disputed, contact us and we will help you follow it up with our payment partner.

05 Acceptable use

To keep Hommigo safe and useful for everyone, you agree not to misuse the platform.

• Do not post false, misleading or duplicate listings, reviews or documents.
• Do not use Hommigo to harass, discriminate against or defraud another user.
• Do not attempt to bypass Hommigo's payment or agreement flow to avoid protections meant for both sides of a transaction.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app, website or the systems behind them.
• Do not upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or violates applicable law.

06 Content you provide

You keep ownership of the listings, photos, reviews, messages and documents you upload to Hommigo. By uploading them, you give us permission to display, store and process that content as needed to operate the platform and provide the service to you and the other users you interact with.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and share whatever content you provide.

07 Intellectual property

The Hommigo name, logo, app and website design, and the underlying software, belong to AAIBUZZ India Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission.

08 Third-party services and links

Hommigo may link to, or rely on, third-party services such as maps, payment gateways or communication tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

09 Disclaimers

Hommigo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the app reliable and the information on it accurate, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every listing or piece of user-submitted content is accurate or up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, Hommigo disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the platform or the transactions carried out between users through it.

10 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AAIBUZZ India Pvt. Ltd. and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Hommigo, or from a transaction, agreement or dispute between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11 Suspension and termination

You may stop using Hommigo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, or as required by law, with notice where practical.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Hommigo will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as Hommigo adds new features or as regulations change. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new "last updated" date, and where a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know in the app.
